Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be able to work at least two weekends per month.
• Have training in tracheotomy care, ostomy care, G-tube care, wound care, and bowel and bladder care.
• Pass a criminal record check that meets hiring guidelines.
• Have CPR certification.
• Provide two satisfactory references.
• Hold a valid LPN license and have at least one year of experience as an LPN.
• Have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinical documentation.
• Complete home visits.
• Report changes in patient status.
• Follow the patient's plan of treatment.
