About The Position

Concordia of Monroeville, part of the Concordia family since August 2014, is conveniently located near Greensburg, Murrysville, and Irwin, offering easy access from major roadways. The facility prides itself on a dedicated staff committed to providing outstanding care. Concordia of Monroeville/Harmony Rehab is seeking experienced, passionate, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The LPN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and providing clinical leadership and mentorship to both residents and staff. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
