About The Position

CNS Cares is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for private in-home care. As a direct care professional, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care and build close relationships with clients, including Armed Services Veterans and former energy workers, enabling them to remain independent and live in their own homes. The company emphasizes a 'care first' approach and offers a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes.
• Build close relationships with patients.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
