About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health & Hospice team in a part-time capacity. This role includes periodic on-call responsibilities, with coverage rotated among team members to support patient needs after hours and on weekends.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing with the state of Wyoming
- CPR certification (we will provide, if needed)
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a home health and hospice setting.
- Handle periodic on-call responsibilities, including after-hours and weekend patient support.
- Rotate on-call coverage with team members.
