Part Time LPN Evening Shift
About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works as a key member of the D.C.J.D.C. medical team, and provides for the general health care of students within the scope of your license. This may include administering immunizations, assisting with TB screen, flu vaccines, and the overall health maintenance of students and staff. As an LPN, you will also assist with training employees regarding relevant health care topics such as prevention of sports injuries, blood borne pathogens, CPR, First Aid, and behavioral disorders. This position assists in ordering supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other medical equipment for the medical team. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current Licensed Practical Nursing Credential from the state in which employed.
- Minimum of two years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs.
- Empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
