Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the State of Mississippi
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required. Candidates who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, high-quality nursing care while utilizing best nursing practices
- Provide direct care to residents and meet their medical and psychosocial needs
- Work in conjunction with Respiratory Therapists to assist with the management of tracheostomies and ventilators
- Interact daily with residents and build meaningful, supportive relationships
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to facilitate resident care and needs
- Work with management and administrative staff to enhance facility operations
- Oversee and direct care provided by CNAs
