About The Position

Westview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening shift. The nurse develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role involves providing compassionate, coordinated care and contributing to a supportive, respectful team environment. Applicants must hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana. Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Ability to support teamwork and collaborate with nursing and other facility teams.
