About The Position

NHC HealthCare Charleston is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a family-oriented, team-based environment. The role involves using nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication to support patient care, including care for geriatric patients. The LPN uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care; organizes workflow and priorities to meet patient needs; follows applicable standards and regulations; and contributes to continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services into patient care.
• Apply continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
