Requirements
- Current Mississippi or Compact State LPN license
- One or more years of nursing experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the personal care home industry preferred
Responsibilities
- Adhering to the outlined care plan
- Documenting tasks, observations, and client outcomes
- Supporting quality care by helping implement, monitor, and follow quality assurance policies and procedures
- Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN
- Assisting with other duties as needed
