About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for pediatric clients in the Westmoreland area. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and see the impact of your work in a supportive home setting. Requirements

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide G-tube care and feedings
• Monitor seizures
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care
