About The Position

Our Fayetteville Skilled Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for geriatric or pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are looking for an LPN for 1:1 care with an adult client located in Raeford, requiring full-time overnight shifts from 11p-8a Monday-Sunday, and 24/7 shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Schedules can vary per client and consist of 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts. The starting pay is $31-33 per hour, specific to client and full-time commitment. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Trach care experience preferred, but not required (we happily provide this training)!

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home
