Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Telemetry
About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and applicable state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN helps maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in a telemetry setting. This is a full-time night position at Prime Healthcare St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., three shifts per week, and rotating weekends and holidays. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available to qualified candidates; eligibility and payout terms apply.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current certification.
