About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Maine for the night shift. Working the 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM block, you will be the backbone of our evening care, ensuring our residents/patients receive consistent, high-quality medical attention while the rest of the world sleeps. Requirements

• Active, unencunmbered LPN license in the State of Maine (or Compact license).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to consistently work the 12.5-hour overnight schedule.
• Strong communication skills.
• A "calm under pressure" demeanor.
• A genuine passion for patient advocacy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and injections according to prescribed schedules and care plans.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and respond promptly to any changes in condition or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, real-time electronic health records (EHR) during the overnight shift.
• Provide a seamless hand-off report to the morning clinical team at 7:00 AM.
• Supervise CNAs/CRMAs on shift to ensure all resident needs are met with dignity and respect.
