About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers care and services to residents by identifying resident needs, implementing prescribed interventions, and evaluating outcomes and conditions. The role provides personal care as needed and communicates and collaborates with other members of the care team to resolve resident care problems, enhance care delivery, and participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

The position is at Vi at Grayhawk in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is listed as on call. The pay range is $27.57–$34.47 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
• Current First Aid certification, or willingness and ability to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification where required.
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is preferred.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
