Requirements

Copy of current, valid, unrestricted LPN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating Compact State
Copy of current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (Nursys)
Copy of current N95 fit testing
Copy of current First Aid Certification
Minimum one year of previous work experience as an LPN/LVN

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care within the scope of LPN/LVN practice
Assists with patient assessments and implements nursing interventions as directed
Monitors patient conditions and reports changes to the appropriate healthcare provider
Administers medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
Maintains accurate, objective, and timely patient documentation
Provides health-related education and support to patients as appropriate
Assists with routine clinical procedures and patient care activities
Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Participates in orientation and training activities as needed
