About The Position

Ben Hur Health & Rehab is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide relationship-based care in a skilled nursing environment. Nurses learn about residents’ life stories and use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role offers consistent scheduling, guaranteed hours, and a supportive clinical team. Full-time evening and night shifts are available, as well as part-time day and evening shifts. The facility is located in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being through nursing care.
• Provide supportive, engaging care to residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
