About The Position

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. In conjunction with the Unit Director, the nurse applies a general understanding of nursing principles to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet customers’ needs. The role also assists with orienting and supervising nursing personnel, attends to daily unit operations on a per-shift and unit-level basis, and assumes leadership responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities
