About The Position
LifeStream, Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure the medical needs of individuals with disabilities are met. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community. The position is temporary and requires immediate availability.
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass employment screening process
Responsibilities
- Ensure that medical needs of the individuals we serve are met.
- Assist people with daily living skills, including emotional and social support, in their homes and in the community.
