About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric trach/vent care to join their Skilled Nursing team in Mercer County, NJ. The office focuses on delivering high-quality care at home, prioritizing compassion, excellence, and reliability. They care for clients of all ages and acuity levels, including those requiring advanced care like tracheostomy and ventilator management, and offer extensive paid training. The Mercer County office provides excellent onboarding, flexible scheduling, electronic charting, award-winning simulation labs, short commute times, and 24/7 clinical support.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to clients at home.
• Provide pediatric trach/vent care.
• Perform one-to-one client care.
• Engage in preventive care.
• Build client relationships and monitor their milestones.
• Provide hands-on care with only one client per day.
