About The Position

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients? This role requires early morning starts (4:45 AM) and includes extended 12-to-14-hour shifts with a Saturday rotation—giving you more full days off during the week to focus on what matters most to you. No Dialysis experience is required. Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Float to various facilities during and after your training. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work early mornings, long shifts, Saturdays, and holidays. Requirements

• Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
• Current CPR certification required
• IV certification required if required by state regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required

Nice To Haves

• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
