About The Position
Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s) with hands-on care for one client per day, allowing for building client relationships and observing their progress. As a private duty nurse, you will travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose, follow up with and execute doctors' orders, perform assessments, monitor clients' conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
- One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Nice To Haves
- Trach experience preferred, but not required.
