Requirements
- At least one year of experience
- Active Nursing License
- BLS Certification
- TB skin test (current; within 1 year)
- Federal background check
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist in patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress.
- Provide care for patients requiring specialized services such as DME (Durable Medical Equipment) management and sterile processing.
- Perform venipuncture for blood draws and other laboratory tests.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients leaving the facility.
- Engage with memory care patients, providing personalized support and monitoring their needs.
- Assist with airway management as necessary, ensuring patient safety during procedures.
