About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Eastern Reception and Diagnostic Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, Missouri. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within their scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs. This position offers a $5K hiring bonus for full-time nurses for a limited time, with pay ranges from $33-$41 per hour plus shift differential depending on experience.
Requirements
- Missouri LPN license
- IV Certification required
- Current CPR
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff.
