About The Position
Arisa Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its residential facility in Corning, Arkansas. The role provides direct nursing care to adults in a clinical setting, including checking vital signs, administering medications and injections, collecting specimens, and carrying out other tests or procedures as ordered. The position is full-time, non-exempt (hourly), works Monday through Friday on the first shift from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and reports to the Program Coordinator.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas LPN license.
- At least one year of experience as an LPN; the posting describes this experience as preferred but also required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- At least one year of experience working in a mental health facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement physician orders.
- Administer medications, draw blood, and perform other ordered tests or procedures.
- Complete appropriate records and documentation.
- Check vital signs and obtain specimens for testing as ordered.
