Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Ability to provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Willingness to manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.

• Deliver one on one care to clients.
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
