Role Overview As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your leadership and priorities set the tone for the Community's environment. Using a collaborative approach with Residents and their entire Care Team including the Resident’s family, external health care professionals and our own employee care partners, you are responsible for coordinating and evaluating all Resident services while ensuring excellent hospitality. You will model a healthy Community culture aligned with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values. You will foster a vibrant community that promotes meaningful relationships, individual choice, and a sense of belonging for all. The Licensed Practical Nurse oversees all aspects of nursing and care for Residents, based on clinical best practices. As key leaders in the Community, LPNs will work closely with service areas, the General Manager, Supervisors, and Health Services partners to promote well-being through a person-directed approach that honors residents’ unique needs and preferences.
