About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses at Coventry Meadows for full-time day, evening, and night shifts and a part-time night shift. LPNs build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and using nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role is supported by the company’s clinical standards and established care processes. Candidates should be passionate about geriatric nursing and committed to senior care excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Work with the team toward excellent resident care.
• Help maintain a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
