About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse at Wesley Glen in Columbus, Ohio. The LPN provides nursing care in Assisted Living and Memory Care, following resident care plans and delivering compassionate, high-quality care. The role includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring residents’ health, documenting care, and working collaboratively with caregivers and families. The position is scheduled for 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with Week 1 shifts on Sunday, Thursday, and Friday, and Week 2 shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
