About The Position

San Poil Valley Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner while promoting quality healthcare services to patients and families in our community. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain prior to hire.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Basic computer and electronic health record proficiency.
• This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and assisting patients throughout the workday.
• If required of this position, you must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver’s license and be eligible for the Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within the scope of LPN practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
