About The Position

Merakey is seeking a School Licensed Practical Nurse to join its team at a program in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania. The School Health Nurse ensures that standard precautions, incident management and critical-event reporting, medication dispensing and storage, and safety policies and procedures are followed. The position is a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse working under the direct supervision of the school Program Director. The schedule follows the school day, and the pay rate is $27.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program.
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Provide proof of LPN certification renewals.
• Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.

• One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
