About The Position

This is a 13-week assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting in Nebraska. The role involves working 4x12-hour day shifts. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct resident care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The goal is to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality long-term care while adhering to facility policies and nursing standards.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
• Strong medication administration skills.
• Strong resident assessment skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time-management abilities.
• Ability to respond effectively to changes in resident condition.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
