About The Position

Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient care in its Med-Surg department. The nurse will work alongside a dedicated team to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and support patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality care. The role involves using specialized plan-of-care interventions and contributing to patients’ care journeys with the support of the organization’s technology. This is a PRN night position at a 170-bed hospital in Russellville, Arkansas.

Requirements

• Active Arkansas or compact-state LPN license; relocating nurses must update licensure to their new Primary State of Residence before employment begins.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Critical-thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Associate's degree required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of previous experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
