About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse at Waters Edge Village for a full-time night shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The position calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership within the care team, collaboration across facility teams, and respectful communication. An $8,000 sign-on bonus is offered for night-shift LPNs, subject to terms and conditions; the bonus is prorated for part-time positions. Applications must be submitted by October 31, 2026.

Requirements

Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
