About The Position
NHC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their night shift at West Meade Place. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families within a supportive, family-oriented team environment. The position emphasizes teamwork and the utilization of comprehensive nursing skills. Requirements
- Tennessee LPN or RN Nursing license
- Must be caring and compassionate

Responsibilities
- Maintaining clinical competency through the application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication.
- Utilizing the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing patient care.
- Exhibiting organizational ability related to workflow and prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
- Integrating current standards of practice and relevant regulations into patient care.
- Practicing continuous quality improvement and problem-solving skills.
