About The Position
At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Greenville, NC. As an integral part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work alongside a team of professionals, all committed to transforming the lives of individuals seeking assistance for mental health and substance use.
Requirements
- An active, unrestricted Nursing License to practice in North Carolina (LPN)
- Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
Nice To Haves
- Prior mental health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services.
- Provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients.
- Offer guidance to Medical Assistant.
- Work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients.
- Maintain accurate and up to date medical documentation and client medication logs.
- Assist other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients.
