Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Current, active LPN license
- CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, hands-on nursing care to assigned residents
- Support daily resident care activities and ensure comfort and dignity
- Follow all clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and licensure requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the care team to meet residents’ healthcare needs
