About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in their homes throughout Middlesex County and New London County, Connecticut. The role focuses on individualized, compassionate care and building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. Nurses receive ongoing clinical and administrative support from a collaborative team. Scheduling is flexible, with 8–12-hour shifts and day, overnight, and weekend opportunities. Compensation is $40 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit.

Requirements

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Physical exam completed within the last 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care or home care nursing experience is preferred; other experience is also considered.
