About The Position
The Lutheran Home is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, with full-time, part-time, and PRN/on-call schedules available. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents, conducting assessments, monitoring resident conditions, supporting care planning, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Requirements
- Current Illinois LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long term care
