About The Position
A hospital south of Fallon, NV is seeking a temp-to-perm Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-permanent position with a 13-week contract, after which the nurse will convert to a permanent employee of the hospital. The role is in a Long-term Care setting, specifically within the Acute and Skilled Nursing departments.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program
- Current Nevada LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents under the supervision of licensed registered nurses
- Support daily living activities and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents in both the Acute and Skilled Nursing departments, following facility policies and care standards
