Requirements

Valid LPN License
Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client patient care
Excellent communication & organization skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pre-employment drug screen is required
Pre-employment professional reference check is required

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience as an LPN in a related medical field

Responsibilities

Escorts patients to exam rooms and take vitals.
Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation Schedule lab tests and Triage patient calls.
Assist physician with various procedures & exams
Demonstrating excellent customer service
Collaborate with medical team to provide patient care
Assist physicians with patient office visits, including intake and monitoring vital signs, chief complaint, updating patient information, and providing patient education
Managing the daily practice workflow
Fielding patient telephone calls and responding appropriately (triage)
Documenting in patient's electronic medical record, including patient portal management
Responsibilities vary according to specialty, and can include assisting with in-office testing and procedures such as heart and glucose monitoring
