Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Current TB skin test (within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to patients, including feeding tube management.
• Work with patients and families to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet in the patient's home.
