We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)! As an LPN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
- Commitment to confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Ensuring residents in Memory Care communities receive the highest level of dignity and care.
- Taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
- Designing and implementing care plans for each resident.
- Overseeing the care staff and assisting them in making educated care decisions.
- Supporting the care team on the floors.
- Maintaining patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors.
- Modeling and encouraging others to be allies, friends and givers.
