About The Position
ATA Services, Inc., is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to staff day & night shift positions for the Division of Developmental Disabilities Service. Shifts available are 6:30 pm to 7:00 am, 6:30 am - 7:00 pm, rotating weekends.
Requirements
- Ability to provide direct nursing care.
- Ability to observe and evaluate patient's condition.
- Ability to perform various nursing procedures.
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Arkansas, State Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Documents and administers medications and treatments as ordered by physician
- Observes/evaluates and documents changes in patient’s conditions/behavior, responses to care and daily activity
- Instructs and assists patients with routine medical care
- Monitors floor activities
