About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in our Crafton, PA location. This role involves interacting with and supporting adults in various settings, aiming to enhance their health, safety, dignity, and contentment. The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist and train individuals in personal care, communication, and social skill development. Many individuals served have multiple physical disabilities, extensive medical complications, and may require support for challenging behaviors. This position is located in our PHMC facility, which operates as a 45-50 bed location.
Requirements
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
- A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
