About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week contract position in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The role involves a variety of patient care tasks, including taking vital signs, administering injections, documenting patient histories, performing EKGs, conducting diabetic foot exams, assisting with Well Woman Exams and birth control devices, medication reconciliation, applying splints, and communicating test results to patients. The shift is an 8-hour flex, from 07:00 to 15:00.
Requirements
- BLS, ACLS required
- Must have OK LPN license or Compact LPN license
- Minimum 3 years of experience required
- Supervisory references must be from the last year
- Skills checklist from within the last year
Nice To Haves
- Cerner experience preferred
