About The Position

McKenney Home Care is seeking Florida-licensed LPNs for PRN, private-duty nursing opportunities in clients’ homes. Opportunities may include day or evening visits, overnight shifts, weekend availability, short skilled nursing visits, and recurring case assignments when available. The role involves providing skilled nursing care according to each client’s established plan of care, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, administering ordered medications and treatments, and supporting clients with chronic conditions, post-hospital needs, and ongoing nursing needs. Nurses also educate clients and families, communicate with physicians and care-team members as appropriate, and complete documentation using the WellSky app. McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency serving Lee and Collier County. The agency describes its work as helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, with 24/7 office and nursing support and assignments matched to client needs and nurse qualifications, availability, and location.
