Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Fulltime or Part-time)
About The Position
Jamestown Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The LPN will help develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide nursing services and direct patient care, and conduct and document medical evaluations from admission throughout treatment. The role also supports resident safety and well-being through oversight of the Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program, and includes supervising and supporting CNAs, including participating in their evaluations. Additional duties may be assigned to support resident care. Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
