About The Position

AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility providing exceptional, high-acuity care to patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Active, unencunbered Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Must be an engaged, self-motivated clinician.
• Strong organizational abilities; fluent in verbal and written English.

Nice To Haves

• Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., Acute care, Step-down, or high-acuity LTAC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care for high-acuity patients, including ventilator monitoring, complex treatments, and advanced wound management under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and implement care interventions for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
