About The Position
Interim Healthcare of Montgomery County is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for overnight home care in Clarksville, Tennessee. Nurses provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, helping keep them safe and comfortable throughout the night. Part-time, full-time, and per-diem scheduling options are available.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee nursing license.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Passion for helping others and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients overnight and respond to changes in their condition.
- Administer medications and perform basic assessments.
- Document care and collaborate with the care team to support patient outcomes.
- Provide care and reassurance to patients and their families.
