About The Position

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver safe, quality patient care under the direction of a physician. The LPN is a member of a designated care team and collaborates with team members to achieve care goals. The role emphasizes patient-centered experiences, compassion, patient and family advocacy and education, scholarly scientific inquiry, and collaboration with everyone involved in patient care. This full-time role is based in Glastonbury and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with 40-hour days on the day shift. The work takes place in a patient-centric environment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Connecticut licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current CPR certification.
Recent clinical experience is desired.
Understanding of computer-based applications, including E-MAR and clinical documentation, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
